After advice from my GP surgery to change my chemist due to the fact the "other" one was shocking ! We will leave it at that !, I called Mottingham Pharmacy to ask how I go about changing over to them as I have my meds delivered , I almost fell down when the lady answered the phone I was expecting "line busy", what a breath of fresh air polite knowledgeable caring and signed me up there and then ... The delivery drivers are great ... It was the best decision I made if I need to call the pharmacy regarding my meds it's always been dealt with efficiently and if they are short by a few pills on a prescription they always leave a little note and they are sent out ASAP so I'm never without ...absolutely fantastic well done guys thank you

I'm happy to say that after many bad experiences with my local pharmacy in Chislehurst, I finally made the leap to Mottingham pharmacy and haven't looked back. Not only do they have always have my prescription ready and in stock, the staff are very friendly, especially 2 women who were there today and greeted Myrtle with open arms. Exceptional service and knowledgeable staff! The pharmacy team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers receive the best care. They're always friendly, helpful, and efficient.
